Feature Easter Menu April 11 – 15

Our feature menu changes every week and is prepared using locally sourced ingredients.

Traditional Quebec pork spread, great for a cheese platter.

Differs from the regular tourtière by having cubes of meat (pork, chicken & beef) cubes of potatoes and broth as opposed to minced meat, as well as being made in a deeper container. Best enjoyed with coleslaw or green salad & pickled beets. *Allow 2 hours for baking at home.

Pork meatball stew in a chicken gravy, pulled chicken meat, best enjoyed with boiled potatoes and bread.

Braised lamb shank in a rosemary & confit tomato jus, cooked low and slow until it melts in your mouth.

How much maple is too much maple? This delectably rich dessert is similar to an upside down cake minus the fruit.
